The pages you buy stay yours

No. A credit pack is a one-time purchase and unused pages stay on your account indefinitely. There's no expiry date, no "use it or lose it" month, and no renewal.

Not for a credit pack. There is no card on file with us and nothing renews. When you run out of pages, you buy another pack or go back to the free daily pages. Only the Practice and Firm plans bill monthly, automatically, until you cancel them, and cancelling is one button on your account page.

Nothing is deducted when the failure is on our side: a server or processing error, or our model provider being unavailable or timing out. A file turned away before it is read costs nothing either: an unsupported file type, a damaged or password-protected PDF, too many pages, or a file that is too large. Some files can only be refused after they have been read: a document that is not a bank or credit-card statement, a mortgage or loan statement, or a page with more than 80 transactions. Those pages were read and are charged, and the message says so.

The review workbook marks the rows to check before you export, so most problems are caught and corrected there. If something still looks wrong, email us from the address on your account with a description of what went wrong; there is no need to send the statement. We will look into it, and a layout that came out wrong is fixed and the change published on the changelog. Credits used for a completed conversion are not returned on the basis of its output.

Yes, in full, within 14 days of purchase, provided no credits from the pack have been used. Polar, our merchant of record, returns the payment to your original payment method, usually in 5-10 business days. Once a credit from the pack has been used, the pack is non-refundable. Full refund policy.

The free tier is the trial, and there's no countdown on it: free pages every day (10 a day during the launch offer, normally 3), with or without an account, and no card. Convert your own statement before you spend anything, which is the only test that matters.

Prices are listed in USD. At checkout, Polar shows the amount in your local currency where it can and handles VAT, GST or sales tax according to your billing country.

You'll need to give an email address at checkout so we can attach the credits to it. Signing in is passwordless: we email you a six-digit code, so there is no password to create or remember.

Yes. The Practice and Firm plans include unlimited users: everyone signs in with their own email and draws from the same monthly page balance. Credit packs sit on one account, so the practical answer there is to share that account's sign-in.

Firm at 600 pages a month and Office at 1,000 pages are the largest published plans. If you need more than that regularly, or programmatic access, email support@statementtable.com and tell us the volume, so the price fits the actual requirement.
