Terms of Service
Last updated: 9 September 2026
1. The service
StatementTable converts PDF bank and credit-card statements into spreadsheet and accounting-import formats. It extracts what is printed; it does not create, alter or "repair" statements. Output is provided for your own review before you rely on it.
2. Accuracy and your responsibility
Extraction is automated and may contain errors, especially on low-quality scans. Every conversion is checked against the printed balances and inconsistencies are flagged, but a passed check is not a guarantee. You must review the output before importing it into accounting, tax, lending or legal workflows. We are not accountants or financial advisers.
3. Acceptable use
You may only upload statements you are entitled to process. You must not use the service to fabricate or alter financial records, to process data unlawfully, to circumvent the free-tier limits, to overload the service, or to reverse-engineer it. We may suspend access for abuse.
4. Free tier and credits
The free tier allows a limited number of pages per day and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. Paid credits are sold as one-time page packs. Credits are deducted per page only after a successful conversion; a failed conversion is not charged. Credits do not expire. Credits are tied to your license key; keep it private — anyone with the key can use its credits.
5. Purchases, seller of record and taxes
Purchases are made through Polar Software Inc., our merchant of record, which is the seller of record, issues your invoice, collects applicable VAT/sales tax and processes payment. Polar's terms apply to the transaction. StatementTable never receives your card details.
6. Refunds
See our refund policy: unused credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase.
7. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice; unused credits will be refunded if the service is discontinued.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including losses caused by acting on output you did not review. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Privacy
Our privacy policy explains what we process. In short: your file is processed in memory and discarded; we keep no copy.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumers in the EU/UK keep the protections of their local mandatory law.
